Release of Liability

The Lebanon Little League grants permission for entities outside of our league to utilize the athletic fields under our control. Although we do not anticipate any cause of future fault to be found against the League that may arise during the use of the fields, we have drafted this unofficial document as a form of "Release of Liability".

Therefore, by signing this document the undersigned, purporting themselves to be an authorized representative of the organization asking to use an athletic field that falls under the control of the Lebanon Little League, releases the League of any criminal or civil actions. This includes, but is not limited to, injury that may result due to the condition of the playing surface, structures and utilities located on the property, and property damage that may result during the time period of field use.

It is further agreed that the property will be left in a neat and orderly condition, with all trash being placed in the trash receptacles provided, and any mislaid property recovered to return to the proper owner at a later date. (In the event that the trash receptacles or bathroom facilities need to be emptied, cleaned or otherwise attended to, the League respectfully asks for notification of such.)
