Weekday games start at 5:30pm, and a new inning cannot be started after two hours of play.
The typical week of baseball depends on the level of play your child is participating in. Rookie ball starts around mid-May and "plays" on Saturdays and one or two weekdays. We have found that the attention span of the kids in the Rookie level is not long enough to actually schedule games, so Rookie league is more along the lines of structured practice.
For A and B ball, you can expect to have a practice and 2-3 games per week. Depending on the coach, you may even see your child playing 5 nights a week if there is field availability. Times of practices will vary, but games on weekdays start at 5:30pm and last until dark in most cases.
A-Ball games for 2008 will be on Monday, Wednesday or Fridays.
B-Ball games for 2008 will be on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturdays.
For T-ball, you can expect to have a practice and 2 games per week, depending on the coaches preference.
